I was going to continue my run every other day regime in the run up to my full marathon training programme. But Dr. Jogblog told me to rest and since the sides of my shins are still hurting, I thought it best I listened to her. I like listening to her. It makes life fun.
Not running has got nothing at all to do with it being monumentally cold and me being phenomenally tired.
I’ll run tomorrow instead of weights. I’ll do them Friday.
