Slower day

Juneathon 2013 is seeing a different approach, to say the least.

Basically sulking about the weather as well as being a bit low about life in general is making it a subdued affair. Well, that and the amount of bits I’m trying to do on the house.

The result today was ignoring the voice telling me to go out and run 8 miles. I was still hungry all morning as well as being tired. I don’t want to lose any more weight (been trying to put it on since January), so I carried on in the garden and went out onto the Greensand Way with JogBlog after lunch to investigate the section beyond Great Chart which I haven’t run yet.

So basically, an easy day for the week to kick off from. Weights tomorrow, hill running on Tuesday – an attempt to keep the routine that has kept me sane (and fit) since Christmas.

A slow, dull blog to match my mood. Ah, well.
