Janathon hunger

So with the passing of the seventh run came the realisation that I was, from around a mile in, absolutely starving. And, truth be told, have been all day.
Just a small run each day seems enough to create an appetite of someone four odd stone heavier. It happens every Athon. I don’t know why it’s always a surprise.
So tonight, as punishment, I added some weights to my evening to make sure that tomorrow I really do feel ravenous!
The run was a simple jog up the bypass as a change and to make me appreciate when I do run an interesting route. The bonus was that with nothing to concentrate on but the route, it was all over in under half an hour.
