A burst of energy

I’m usually exhausted by around now I’m June but being slow, running small distances and enjoying my routes has kept of alive.
With work as intense as it is at the moment, it seems the only way.
But tonight, while ambling through the umpteenth field of wheat, I realised I’m comfortable enough with the field surface to us the pace. So I injected some low intensity interval pace into my jog.
And it felt great. If amazingly hot.
Nice though.
And as a bonus, having sorted the bike into the car ready for tomorrow, I’ve also thrown the weights around the conservatory. And feel so much better for that, I might even smile.
Nah, hang on. Don’t be ridiculous.
